Why Flat Fees? Flat fees have so many advantages - for my firm and my clients. Moving away from the traditional hourly billing model and embracing flat fees has allowed me to work on matters without having to worry about tracking my time, invest in additional billing software or spread myself thin with a large case load. All of that equals more time and attention to my clients without any additional fees.
